Exhibitor Spotlight: Recenso Services — Moving AI from Proof of Concept to Live Production
Company Name: Recenso Services
What's the biggest opportunity you see for financial services over the next 3 years?
Most financial firms are already sitting on technology and data that could be working a lot harder for them. The biggest opportunity over the next three years is bringing it all together, updating older systems, getting more out of their data, and keeping everything secure as they go. The firms that move on all three at once, rather than one at a time, will be the ones that get ahead.
What does your company do in one sentence?
Recenso Services builds and delivers AI, data, and security solutions for financial institutions.
Why did you decide to exhibit at FinTech Connect?
We see FinTech Connect as an opportunity to learn as much as to contribute. It brings the industry together in one place, which gives us a real chance to understand the challenges financial institutions are facing and to share our perspective on where the sector is heading. Our aim is to help visitors leave with a clearer view of what the coming years could hold for them, and with practical ideas they can put to use.
What's a book, podcast, or resource you'd recommend to anyone working in fintech?
Bank 4.0 by Brett King. It's a good reminder that financial services should be built around how customers actually behave, not around the systems banks happen to have inherited.
What's one thing the industry often gets wrong?
Treating security and compliance as things that slow innovation down. In our experience it's the other way round. When you build security in from the start, you can move faster and with more confidence, because you're not stopping to fix problems later on.
If you could give the industry one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don't try to fix everything at once. Pick the changes that will make the biggest difference, do them properly, and build security in as you go rather than bolting it on at the end.
What's something your team is particularly excited about right now?
Watching our own AI solutions move from build to live deployment inside banks. It's the same delivery discipline we bring to every client programme, and it's satisfying to prove it on our own technology first.
What challenge are you helping financial institutions solve?
Most institutions have run the AI pilot - the harder problem is what happens after. We help close that gap two ways: with AI solutions we've built ourselves for banking use cases, and with the programme delivery to get a stalled initiative - ours or already in-house - from proof of concept to something live, governed, and adopted.
What industry trend are you watching most closely in 2026?
How much more work is being handed over to AI, and how firms keep that secure and accountable as they do it. The technology is moving quickly, but the ones who take the time to get the controls, around data, accountability, and resilience, right, will be the ones who can actually rely on it.
What can attendees expect when they visit your stand?
A straight conversation about what's stalling your AI programme, plus a look at technology we've already taken past POC ourselves. Meet the specialists who build and deliver, and find out whether we're the ones who can get your project over the line.
