Chijioke is a co-founder of Carbon, a Pan-African digital bank with operations in Lagos, Nairobi and London. Carbon provides digital financial services via a smartphone app including loans, P2P transfers, savings and bill pay transactions.  The company is focused on providing low cost financial services to the ‘Next Billion’ starting in Africa


Chijioke Dozie was an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to IFC, he worked with Zephyr Management LP in the US and South Africa as an Investment Associate sourcing private equity opportunities in Africa and working closely with Zephyr’s portfolio companies. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and an MSc in Risk Management from University of Reading. He also graduated with a BA Economics from University of East Anglia
