He has lead both national and global digital strategies and digital transformations across multiple shareholders, stakeholders and channels.
With 19 years experience in digital transformation, .com, digital sales and marketing and innovation, much of it at a senior level, he has experienced and driven change at all levels of scale.
Some of the highlights of Scottie's career are leading the creation and launch of Airmiles.co.uk. Working with senior executives to create the global Avios currency and brand. Creating and delivering the digital transformation and innovation strategy across IAG's multi brand portfolio (British Airways, Iberia, Vueling, Aer Lingus, Avios Group Limited & IAG Cargo) which included the creation of Hangar 51 (IAG’s accelerator, incubator and CVC brand) and most recently embarking on a digital transformation within Avios to modernise the operating model.
