Bio:

Tom joined Lloyds TSB in 2009 as a cashier and quickly progressed to a branch leadership role. He spent several years in regional roles before moving to the Chief Operating Office for Retail. He moved into the Innovation and Strategy team with responsibility for managing programmes and events that connect colleagues with the FinTech ecosystem and look at how we can encourage diversity in tech. Passionate about helping people find happiness at work he tested “The New Work Manifesto” with his team and featured on the Eat Sleep Work Repeat  podcast. Tom has been selected to be part of the London Mayors young Digital talent campaign and is currently Senior Innovation Culture & Capability Lead, Group Transformation Lloyds Banking Group
