I lead AskNova, an agentic AI platform whose first production system, Intelligent Placement, is deployed in the Lloyd's market for counterparty derisking and business routing.I hold a UK Global Talent Visa in AI/ML and won Lloyd's Lab 2024's Best Insurance Concept Powered by AI for AskNova. Alongside my work at Howden Re, I serve as a Sponsor Mentor at Lloyd's Lab and advise early-stage insurtech companies, run an AI consultancy, and founded a mentorship community with 40+ alumni.
