Amarjit Singh

Amarjit recently joined ht.digital as Managing Partner, having previously served as EY's UK & Ireland Digital Assets Leader. He has led complex, high-impact programmes across global financial services, helping organisations harness innovation within robust regulatory and assurance frameworks. A recognised expert in digital assets and financial innovation, Amarjit advises major financial institutions, central banks, regulators and policymakers on navigating the intersection of traditional finance and emerging digital ecosystems. He co-led HM Treasury's Asset Management Taskforce on fund tokenisation and currently chairs the ICAEW Digital Assets Steering Committee. Alongside his executive responsibilities, Amarjit is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair, bringing deep expertise in governance, regulation, risk and technology. He is passionate about building trust in markets and institutions, mentoring future leaders, and enabling responsible innovation.
