In her current role as Global Head of Client Connectivity for Corporate & Institutional Banking at HSBC, Amber is responsible for shaping the end-to-end client journey, overseeing digital channels, connected banking, and product onboarding capabilities that enable clients to connect to HSBC’s transaction banking platform with ease and efficiency. With 15 years in transaction banking, Amber has held global leadership positions in product management, client implementation, and enterprise programmes, with deep expertise in payments and connectivity. Her focus is leveraging emerging technology, agile principles and design thinking to simplify and enhance client experience.
