Charlotte brings over a decade of financial services experience in commercial, product, and strategy roles at industry leaders including Aon, SAP, and the Bank of London. She has been with the Bank since its inception across various roles in product, the function she now leads. Before joining the Bank of London, Charlotte worked at SAP, partnering with financial institutions to shape their technology strategies during the industry’s shift to software-as-a-service and new revenue models. Earlier, at Aon she held roles in Product and Project Management where she developed and enhanced client-focused insurance and risk management solutions, led cross-functional initiatives, and supported the delivery of large-scale transformation projects for Aon’s Global CMO and Executive Director. Charlotte’s unique blend of financial services expertise, technology insight, and platform leadership enables her to craft impactful product strategies, deliver value to partners and customers, and drive growth in times of significant industry change.
