Cindy Lo is the Global Head of Liquidity & Investments Product Solutions at HSBC, where she leads the strategy and development of a suite of solutions that are integral to the Global Payments Solutions’ value propositions for corporate and institutional clients in more than 40 markets. With over 20 years of exerience in financial services, she has a strong track record of driving product innovation and delivering client-centric solutions. Prior to joining HSBC, Cindy held various senior roles at Bank of America, JPMorgan and Citi specialising in Custody & Agency Services, Cash Management, Issuer Services and Asset Financing. She is currently leading efforts to harness digital innovation to enhance global liquidity capabilities in support of clients’ evolving needs. Cindy holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
