Craig is a payments strategist and former fintech founder with experience across the startup, global payments and banking worlds. He founded and scaled Qpal, a mobile payments and wallet fintech, before moving onto Visa's where he worked with banks on digital banking and next-generation payment solutions. Today, at TSB, Craig leads the bank's strategic discovery into the future of money - exploring how agentic commerce, digital money, stablecoins and digital wallets will fundamentally change the way consumers and businesses pay.
