Dominic has more than 25 years' experience working for global and scale up banks. As CFO of Unity Trust Bank, he oversaw rapid growth and substantial increases in profitability. Prior to Unity Dominic undertook a number of managing director level roles at NatWest, including leading their overall response to Brexit. He was also extensively involved in much of the bank's restructuring work post the Financial Crisis, managing the FP&A and Regulatory teams through the de-risking of the Investment Bank, before running the Group Cost Transformation programme. Dominic has also held senior positions at Credit Suisse, UBS and Merrill Lynch. He has a degree in Accountancy and Management and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Dominic joined Zempler Bank and was appointed to the Board in 2024, and CEO in 2026. As Chief Financial Officer, he holds SMF2 regulatory permissions and leads our investor relations activity.
