Igor is a fintech strategist and serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building fintech products and leading engineering teams across Europe, the US, and the MENA region. As the founder of Fintech Garden, a London-based media and fintech community dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation, and CEO of DashDevs, he has led the launch of 25 fintech products and two white-label solutions, helping clients secure multimillion-dollar funding, scale globally, and build category-defining platforms.  His previous leadership roles include CTO at Twisto (Param), VP of Engineering at Pi1 / Dozens / Project Imagine, and Interim CTO at Tarabut Gateway, where he spearheaded initiatives in open banking, fintech infrastructure, digital banking, and go-to-market product strategy.  Igor’s approach bridges technology and strategy. He believes sustainable growth comes from aligning systems, teams, and vision, combining the discipline of engineering with the agility of modern finance.
