Jacek is a seasoned banker with a passion for innovation and digital transformation. His career began nearly two decades ago at Lloyds Bank and Deutsche Bank, before he transitioned to Rabobank to work with institutional clients in Sales & Trading. Jacek has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and spearheading the digitalisation of Rabobank’s trading floor. He is responsible for driving Digital Assets product innovation across Global Markets and leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives. His focus is on structural cost optimisation, improving capital utilisation and enhancing revenue durability through the simplification of operating models across Sales, Trading and Capital Markets. Jacek holds Diplôme de Grande École from ESCP Business School in Paris and a postgraduate degree from the University of Cambridge.
