Jo Healey

Founder Director of Talkwith, Jo Healey has trained professionals worldwide how best to work with people who may be emotionally vulnerable. A former BBC TV journalist, she's the author of Trauma Reporting and the UNESCO 'Do no Harm' document, which was translated into seven languages. She's spoken at the United Nations in Bangkok and the World Health Organisation in Geneva and guest lectured at Princeton, Boston, Oxford, London and Tokyo Universities, delivering key notes from Ottawa to Helsinki. With psychologists and trauma experts, she won two government grants to develop and trial CPD Certified online Talkwith training and the Twith by Talkwith app to support teams when talking with vulnerable customers, clients or colleagues.
