Dr Joanna Michalska is Founder of Ethica Consulting and an advisor to boards on AI risk, ethics, and governance. She holds a PhD in Strategic Enterprise Risk Management and has twenty years’ experience leading enterprise risk, strategy and transformation across J.P. Morgan and HSBC. Joanna’s research in Enterprise AI Risk bridges academic insight with boardroom practice. Through Ethica, she helps organisations build AI risk literacy, ethical awareness, and accountable governance. She speaks on AI risk, responsible leadership, and the human standard in intelligent enterprise, championing the belief that integrity, intelligence, and insight must guide technological progress.
