Over Kelroy's career in the Royal Navy, he learned that the biggest threats to a complex operation aren't usually physical, they are hidden in siloed data, fragmented teams, and outdated legacy systems. He has built a career around finding those enterprise bottlenecks and architecting the solutions to fix them. Currently, Kelroy serves as a Senior Operations and Enterprise Architecture Leader, managing a '25M+ global supply chain for a multi-national maritime task group. His day-to-day is all about bridging the gap between moving physical logistics and maintaining strict First Line of Defence (1LOD) risk governance. Kelroy is deeply invested in the blockchain community and acts as an advisory board member for Fintech Connect's Digital Assets & Tokenization sub-committee.
