Niki Chiou

Niki M. Chiou is Deputy CEO and Executive Board Member of Snappi, with more than 27 years of experience in financial services across governance, risk, audit, regulation and digital banking. At Snappi, she played a key role in building the bank from the ground up, including its licensing, operating model and business planning. Her experience combines the discipline of a regulated financial institution with the agility of a digital-native organisation and a belief that lasting change depends as much on people, culture and organisational capacity as it does on technology. Niki is a graduate of Harvard Business School's CLIMB program and holds a degree in IT and Telecommunications and an MBA from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
