Ohad Kotler is CEO & Co-Founder of Tweezr, an AI platform that helps financial institutions safely and incrementally evolve legacy systems. Tweezr maps business needs to the exact code, predicts impact, and delivers measurable results in weeks instead of years. Previously, Ohad led modernization at ING and witnessed both successful incremental updates and failed mega-modernizations - experiences that shaped Tweezr's approach. At McKinsey, he advised global financial institutions on transformation strategies. In addition, Ohad co-founded Intent AI, served as GM Europe at RiseUp, and held board roles with regulated entities including Papaya Global and Azimo B.V.
