I’m the Global Head of Client Solutions, leading a team of client solutions leads and solution architects who partner with clients across regions to design, de-risk and deliver end-to-end treasury and payments solutions across cash, payments, trade and liquidity. Working across the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong, we support complex, high-stakes programmes—API/H2H connectivity, ERP/TMS integrations, multi-market rollouts and high-volume platforms—bridging product, sales and delivery to ensure solutions are technically robust and implemented smoothly. The goal is simple: faster onboarding, fewer surprises, and a more real-time client experience that goes live with confidence. Previously, I led the UK & Europe Emerging Payments product function, developing and implementing innovative capabilities across open banking, digital merchant services, digital money, tokenised deposits and stablecoin exploration. I’m particularly passionate about turning newly commercialised capabilities into scalable, secure client outcomes.
