Raj Chakraborty is a strategic leader in AI ethics, digital transformation, and public sector innovation. With over 16 years of experience across government, healthcare, and global enterprise, he has led and delivered complex multi-million-pound digital technology programmes for organisations including NHS Digital, the Home Office, Expedia Group, and the Ministry of Justice. Raj is currently pursuing a PhD as part of his doctoral research at the University of Portsmouth Doctoral College, focusing on dynamic ethical scoring systems and responsible Al governance frameworks. He brings a unique cross-sectoral lens to the challenge of embedding AI responsibly at scale using an operational model-balancing innovation, regulation, and human-centred design.
