Currently serving as a Staff Solutions Architect at GitLab, Ryan leads technical sales strategy for tier-1 financial services clients. Most recently architecting Barclays' enterprise-wide DevOps transformation to modernize their development platform and replace legacy tooling.  As GitLab's AI subject matter expert for the EMEA region, he helps organisations navigate the intersection of artificial intelligence and software development workflows. His expertise spans the complete software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture and the critical intersection of developer experience and regulatory compliance, that defines success in financial services technology implementations.
